Three labor unions filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration on Thursday, arguing that the federal government violated the First Amendment rights of visa holders based on certain views, including criticism of the US government and Israel.

United Auto Workers, American Communications Workers and the American Federation of Thiokers are suing the State Department, the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Immigration, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

This comes after the State Department said it revoked the visas of at least six people over social media comments made late last month by Charlie Kirk following his murder last month.

“The Plaintiffs represent thousands of people who are subject to the threat of serious immigration action if the government does not approve of anything they have disclosed or will disclose.

Administrative authorities intend that foreign nationals do not have the same constitutional rights as US citizens and do not have the right to hold a visa, as the federal government wants to help them with speech.

“The United States has no responsibility to allow aliens from other countries to come to our country, to commit hateful acts of those they say,” said a spokesperson for the Antisemitic Department, or a contact person.

The case points to high-profile cases and the comments of government officials argue that the government system uses creative intelligence and critical observation of people for the management of turma and what the government considers to be “long visions.”

The Federal Government has broadly defined support for terrorism to include our criticism of support for Israel and military action against Jews, as well as support for the Palestinians. The government used this as a reason to cancel visas.

The union’s complaint points to the case of green card holder Mahmod Khalil, who was released in June following an arrest after the government tried to arrest him for his role in the Columbia University protests.

The case said that the threats of migration from an unacceptable point of view are that the Government encourages union members to withdraw from the organization of certain passages by organizing events, “removed, changed, or otherwise in exchange for involvement with unions.”

“This loss of engagement harmed the plaintiffs’ ability to advance their organizational skills and included their ability to fulfill their duties, including the development of union members;

Many union members have stopped voicing their opinions because “the government has promised and proven that it can cause life-changing consequences, especially for visa holders,” the complaint reads.

As President Donald Trump returns to the White House in January, the administration has scoured online postings to target immigrants so they can have their visas saved.

On his first day back in office, Trump signed an executive order to ensure that visa holders “do not adopt violent principles in their affairs, culture, government, positions, or support foreign policies and other threats to our national security.”

In the summer, the State Department said it will begin asking applicants to make their social media accounts subject to government monitoring and that applicants can determine who may pose a threat to national security.
