According to the Times, the Library Foundation declined to participate in raising funds for 2025, and told the outlet that Biden is now actively raising money for the project.

“So far, some of Mr. BIDEN’s loyal donors said they were not contacted by anyone about giving to the library. Some Democratic donors asked them to fight Mr. Trump or be encouraged by Mr. BIDEN’s in office,” said The Times.
