While looking back at his career with a vision leading up to the much-anticipated event, Copeland said USA today that he would advise a young person to enjoy “the ride and the process and the journey, because that’s all there is to it.”
“I’ve been preparing for that night, I’ve been retaliating and retrieving,” he shared. “That’s what it’s about. It’s those moments in the studio, those moments with my coaches and my teammates that make this (experience) what it is.”
