The murder trial of a man accused of plotting to organize an Indian government raid in New York has been delayed.
The trial of alleged drug – and arms smuggler Nikhil (NICK) LE Gupta is due to begin on Monday in New York City.
Gupta is accused of enriching officials in the Indian government and its intelligence service overseas, WITH and AWITH HAL SINGH SPANH – calling US activists Hormanra Modi of the Government.
The pre-trial settings filed by the prosecutors in this case show that they plan to organize new evidence of Air, including the murder of the Canadian Prime Minister, Surreep Sijjjar, in Surrey, in 2023.

Gupta wants independence
