The Aaron Physers were arrested for spousal abuse during the Denise Richards Case

Denise Richards‘Ex Aaron Physers arrested, US of the Week can confirm.

A lawyer for Richards confirmed We that the Physers are charged with “bow abuse.”

“He was arrested outside the court and he broke the nearest bond. [He] he did not go back [the] Hallway,” witnesses were told We Friday, October 17. “Denise is here. She’s in command and talking to her team.” Phypers appeared “confused,” as did his attorney, eyewitnesses, who noted that the fitness trainer “doesn’t look like he’s going to get arrested.”

by We As previously reported, Phypers, 53, appeared in court on Friday alongside Richards, 54, during their divorce battle. According to eyewitnesses, when the trials started again in the afternoon with the last witness of Richards, there were about eight police officers standing near the court.

Phymers’ lawyer refused to be arrested during the proceedings. The hearing and TRO was postponed to November 7.

We reached out to Phymers for comment.

Richards and Physers tied the knot in September 2018. Earlier this year, Physers filed for divorce from Richards after six years of marriage. Days later, Richards filed for a temporary restraining order, saying her abusive husband had suffered in their marriage.

“Aaron used to hate me, lower my head with his hand, lower my arms, head with my head on my knee in the place, to kill me with him to throw me there to make me enter my laptop and phone and download all my messages,” Richards is accused of his request.

Physers denied the accusations of the Richards in a statement, telling us, “The accusations are completely false and very hurtful. I always try to navigate the love stories, and I hope that the public and the media will refuse to spread dangerous and base claims.”

Richards and Ppysers appeared in court several times in October with various testimonies regarding the alleged incidents in their marriage. When he was founded on October 8, the Physers were forbidden to sue his cousin, Dr. Kathleen McAllister, who said she saw PPYPERS beating Richards at her health center. McALLISTU AND TESTIFYING THAT THE LAST PLACE gave Richards a black eye.

Phymers said in court that he did not hit Richards in the eye. She revealed that the Beverly Hills alum’s real moms were drinking and told her she ran into a pole.

On Friday, Aaron’s mother, Phyricia Physers, testified that she witnessed the alleged incident between her son and Richards.

“It was in Calabasas at home. He threw a power switch,” Patricia said while on the witness stand.
