Sudan Militian leader received on military crimes during the Darfur War

The leader of Sudanlia of Sudania is found guilty of making war crimes and crimes directed to the people in the Darfur region than over 20 years ago.

Ali Muhammad Abd-Al-Rahman, known as Ali in Shayb, was one of Janjakaweed leaders, a government-supporting team, killed hundreds of thousands of people.

Bayb is the first person to be taught by international court (ICC) of the Atrocisties in Darfur. He was arguing that it was the mistake.

The collision remained from 2003 to 2020 and is one of the world’s most affected disasters, allegedly allegations of race and racial purification for non-Arabic districts.

In five years after the end of that problem, Darfur is an important battle place in another civil war, this time between Sudan’s army and the fastest troops (RSF), the origin of Janjabaweed.

During Sushayb trial, the survivors explained how their villages were burned, men and boys were slaughtered and women were forced to be craved.

The military leader was found guilty of 27 cases, focusing on the attacks made between 2003 and 2004.

The ICC judges find the cruel tricks of Janjabweed – including mass murder, sexual violence and abuse – were often made by Shayb and his men.

Before the decision, a small darfurth group patiently waited to enter the court, in the city of his delay.

It was no doubt about the most important role in Kushayb played in their suffering, than one man said: “He gave commands. He is the one who got weapons.

“So if you ask me if you were important in Darfur, I will tell you that you are one of the most important.”

The Darfur war began after the Arabic Government at the time that he armed Jajaweed, in an attempt to pressure the rebel rebuilt in African ethnic attack groups.

Janakaweede invaded non-Arabs who were accused of supporting apostates, leading to allegations of genocide.

Organized violence is currently in Darfur as part of a Sudanese current civil war.

Many of Janjabawed Fighters introduced racial support (RSF), a group that moves around the puzzling puzzle of Sudan.

The UK groups, in the US and the right to suspect RSF RSF citizenship against non-Arab members since the beginning of the 2023 communities.

In all these two conflicts, it has been “a long-term oppression of Bethitia, and war pressure, and war pressure, and Dr Matew Benson-Strohmayer, Sudan’s research director in the London School of Economics, told BBC.

Mr. Benson-Strohmayer hopes that the ICC Vervedict will affect the current conflict, but “Obediently” doubts.

“I think the war is found in Darfur, especially as a battle of shock,” he told BBC.

“It is a very human war – sexual violence against women, or familiarily use literally to prevent demolition by preventing people from death.”

Bayb will be sentenced on the next day.
