Griffith wants diggs to be “drugged and sexually assaulted in 2023 after an arvity basketball game. Griffith said that diggs and others went to a DC club that night before going to diggs’ home afterward, where they were attacked by diggs and others. In Griffith’s police report from 2023, he also filed that Diggs gave him candy that had been ‘drugged’ without his knowledge.

according to TMZ Reportedly, when Griffith arrived at the Diggs House after leaving the club, Diggs “showed his dick to Mr. Griffith” and started masturbating. Griffith then says that he told Diggs to “put his pee away” and when he walks to the door of Diggs’ house, the NFL star tries to lie.

The impact subject then hid in the Diggs bathroom for 45 minutes and was threatened by the Diggs family when he left the bathroom. One week later, Griffith was allegedly attacked outside his Los Angeles apartment and seriously injured.

On October 1, 2025, the Diggs filed a libel suit against Griffith, contesting his claims about what happened that night. According to Diggs, he went to his bedroom to wrap up for the evening after a basketball game when his assistant asked Griffith to leave the house.

It was during this time that the alleged attack took place.

In the summer, nearly two years after the allegations, Griffith took to social media to put Diggs under fire for what he says happened that night.

Griffith posted an Instagram story at the time, calling out the attack and tagging the shoe company Ugg and the actress Sarah Jessica Parker at the post office. (Both were involved in the UGG campaign).

Umthondo said he was “disgusted” that the company was recognized for the campaign after filing a police report on the May 2023 incident.

He also shared what he says was a copy of his police report to the August 2025 Post, tagging the NFL and the Patriots in the post.

“Y’all gon let Aaron Hernandez 2.0 just run wild without penalty? ” Griffith posted on his Instagram story, referring to the strong end who was found guilty of first degree murder in 2015 before dying by suicide while in custody in 2017.

“I know you know and as we both know, let’s act accordingly.”

In a statement obtained by multiple outlets, Griffith’s attorney, Jake LebowitzDiggs denied claims that the events ever took place.

Diggs recently welcomed a child with his rapper girlfriend Cardi Bthe couple announced on Thursday November 13 via Instagram.
