Slain Gaza Samba tal Haimi fell asleep

Brig. – Gen. Dvir Edri spoke again during the Eulogy. “A soldier from a beloved Kibbutz and a devoted family man. Actually, I would like to ask for your forgiveness for the IDF’s failure to defend the South, and the fact that you and your allies had to fight alone without additional help,” he said.

“On the morning of October 7, you went out to protect your home and community and your body, and you fought your community and your fire. You were in the heart of the fire – you fought hard.”
