Rep Cuellar claims doj biden is suing him after opposing open borders

After being pardoned by President Donald Trump on Wednesday, Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, allegedly was sued by the Justice Department of the Biden Administration because of his strong opposition to technology.

During an interview with Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo tomorrow “Sunday morning,” Cuellar said whether he would believe that he was charged because of the criticism of the President of the previous President. “

“Absolutely,” he replied. “The president was right. And now – looking at all the evidence and looking at everything – I feel like I’m done with other weapons.”

In May 2024, the DoJ released Cuellor for bribery and acting as a foreign entity accused of accepting $600,000 from the government of Azerbaijan for returning aid to a Congressman in Washington. The Congressman’s wife, Imelda Cuellar, was also charged in connection with the investigation.

Cellar argued that the doj was being weaponized to not only go after him, but his family as well.

“I’ll tell you something … if I want to follow me, because I was a critic of open borders, that’s one thing. But you don’t bring that. “You don’t – as a prosecutor – you just don’t do that kind of situation.”

Pressing Cuellar on how he ended up in this situation, Bartiromo asked the Congressman, “What went on between you and the government of Azerbaijan?”

“Look, let me say this. You know, first of all, we’re innocent,” he asked. “And we looked at all the evidence provided by the discovery. We were allowed to see the grand jury testimony. That doesn’t happen very often. And you can’t see that. And I’m going to see this – not one person [who] he said there was a quid pro quo. “

The Congressman said that he was also referred to a conspiratorial operation that tried to force him to pressure him to accept the bribe, but he did not give up.

“What do they do when they were wrong … So again, there is no qui pro quo from any evidence, from one of the people,” he argued. “So, they even tried to induce unconsciousness where they were trying to put me in. And that failed.”

When asked who tried to bribe and flatter him, Cuellar said the bid managers and the doj were responsible for trying to accommodate him.

“So they – the Biden Administration – they tried to frame me and they tried to bribe me, and that failed. And this is very important because one thing, it all went in.

The Congressman told Bartiromo that he had spoken to the Chairman of the Committee on House Organizations Jim Jordan and asked the meeting to discuss the investigation brought to him by the prosecutors who brought the case against him and his wife.
