2026 is a big year for TV – but which shows do we know for sure will be back for another season?
Paramount+ surprised viewers with the remake Landman third season before season 2 ends. Inspired by the “Boomtown” podcast series, Landman
a spinoff Sheriff’s Country they were coming back for a second season.
“The two new Friday night shows have become instant hits and audiences have quickly embraced Boston Blue and Sheriff Country on broadcast and broadcast,” President of CBS Entertainment. Amy Reisenbach shared a statement on Wednesday. “This original revival showcases the power of character-driven storytelling, compelling narrative and exceptional talent on both sides of the camera that make this series truly outstanding.”
According to a press release, Sheriff’s Country averaged 7.6 million viewers and is a “regular time slot” on Friday nights at 8 p.m. Blue Bloodon the other hand, it brought in 8 million viewers and “won every Friday night in total viewers.”
