RachHy, over-the-top, R-rated comedy will ruin your holidays

The worst thing you can learn as a child is that Santa Claus isn’t real, and it’s the kind of revelation that makes you not want to trust your parents, and they have no teeth, either. The only thing that got worse in the run was Williy Bob Thornton’s Willie T. Wille, a violently drunk mall Santa who will also be a safe man and a safe professional whenever he gets caught up in his skills in 2003 Bad Santa. Having not seen this film since I was 15 years old, when my juvenile humor used to get the best of me, I’m happy to say that I haven’t aged a bit because Bad Santa It grips better than before.

Although there is a small possibility that my sense of humor at 15 was more intelligent than I thought, and watching this film as an adult works because I have completely found its target audience. The truth is probably somewhere in between. Bad Santa The kind of movie your parents don’t want you to watch but know you will anyway. At that time, you can hear them in the other cracked room, not knowing that you have already tried to check when they are not at home.

Billy Bob Thornton’s Thornton’s Thord

I’m well aware that Billy Bob Thornton is an award-winning a-lister known for his thoughtful acting, but when he’s put in a holiday movie he’s made of, he’s going to be a mall-ntand walking a pult to break into the mall’s vault at the end of the season and disappear with a bang.

Working alongside his longtime partner, Marcus Skidmore (Tony Cox), Willie vows to retire and leave for good. Marcus knows that Willie can’t behave during the seasons and is prone to violent outbursts, so he follows them back from another job the following year, which is what happens.

The worst is wearing behind a string of drunken incidents in Florida, Willie and Marcus regiment in Phoenix for another Long-Con. They’re introduced to Bob Chipeska (John Ritter), the manager of a grocery store that’s looking for a clean holiday season, and they quickly get off on the wrong foot after Willie does a bit too much in the dressing room for these old fashioned items. The head of security at the Mall, Gin Slagel (Bernie Mac), is incredibly surprised by Willie’s behavior, but keeps tabs on him behind the scenes throughout the film.

Enter Thurman Merman

On a holiday bike ride, Willie eventually meets Thurman Merman (Brett Kelly), a socially awkward, overweight boy who keeps a close eye on bullies. When they learn that Thurman’s parents are not there, and that he lives alone in his apartment, Willie takes it upon himself to step in for Willa, and he becomes a complete heart to Willie, and the true heart of this title.

As their friendship, if you want to call it, grows, Willie inadvertently becomes the child’s mentor and teaches important lessons about self-preservation and self-worth. Thurman returns the favor by always offering to make him sandwiches because he thinks that’s what a good host does.

In the midst of a trouser-fueled rampage at a supermarket, Willie strikes up a romantic relationship with Sue (Lauren Graham), a former Santa woman who just blindsides him with how amazing she is. Sue and Willie begin taking out shrubs to satisfy their basic desires, but eventually serve as de facto parents to Thurman, who has no one to celebrate the holidays with. Meanwhile, things are going up at the mall, and this gin’s digging-scenes puts him in the middle of Willie and Marcus’ heist, and he wants in on the action.

Blasphemy with a heart of gold

As inexplicable as Willie’s behavior becomes Bad SantaHe was not completely heartbroken. He definitely has a hero arc, but it’s not neat or constructive. It can’t pass dirty. He’s set on giving up his lifestyle but he continues to grow, and you can tell he wants to go legal but he doesn’t have the strength to do so in his current state. Thurman, Native as he is, is surprisingly surprised at his criticism when he decides to speak, and his ageless kindness is a push that helps Willie turn a new leaf, even if it doesn’t see at the moment.

With the movie showing a segment of Santa yelling at mall security with his F*** stick, Bad Santa It’s amazingly surprising when you ignore the poison and look at the bare bones of the story. I don’t mean this as a condemnation of linglity, but a celebration of it. It’s a tough line to walk, though Bad Santa It’s so powerful that it almost feels like a family Christmas movie. Just don’t show it to your kids until they’re older because if they repeat another dialogue at school, you’ll definitely get a call from the principal.

Bad Santa broadcasts at max. Its sequence, Bad Santa 2 It’s also on the platform, but apart from the Billy Bob Thornton scenes, it’s a very weak film. You won’t miss much by breaking if you wait for the sequence to bring you to the same level.
