Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong U joked on Wednesday after returning the Chinese Commissioner Day of celebrating the Day of Celebrating World War II Day.
Putin and Kim were meeting in Diayutai State Guest House in Beijing after spending time with other international leaders, including Chinin Xipjing President in Parade.
