Police have ruled out terrorism in a stabbing attack at a UK training camp and two men have been arrested

British police dismissed speculation on Sunday that the previous major stabbing attack on a London train was terror-related and that the injured remained in a life-threatening condition.

The police also said that the two men, who were born in the United Kingdom, were kept in custody at different police stations.
