One is guilty of killing a person by stabbing yours in heart

Four men were asked to kill his girlfriend outside his house in East Renfrilwshire.

Tony Ferns, 33, was stabbed in heart while sitting in his car in Thornliebank on April 2019.

He was able to drive a short distance to his fellowship after attack, but later died due to his injury.

Craig Colquhoun, 39, Raymond Platt, 56, Joseph McCulloch, 50, and Robert Park, were found guilty of his execution follows the case in the Glasgow High Court.

All four refused to be involved in death.

Mr. Ferns accused Robert Park, 69, organized the murder, by injuring his disabled brother in a road accident.

The park was divided 20, and Platt, Mr Ferns, was sentenced to 23 years.

The Getaway Driver Colquhoun was sentenced to 20 years old and McChococket received a 18-year sentence.

All four were sentenced to less than an hour after being found guilty of murder.

Park lawyers said “Mr Ferns” repaired “and he said that the park was disclosed to remove the house as a result, yet that was not guaranteed.

The sentence, the Lord Fairley described the killing as being killed “intended and previously planned”.

Platt had faced two other trials of crime related to knives.

In 1995, he was wiped away from the stabbing Daniel Harley until he died at the Taxi’s Govan’s taxi office.

The ‘body was found guilty of 20-year-old Marc Hayes in the same city center in 2000, but the judges passed the verification.

Platt replaced a small case for killing the loss of the restoration and was sentenced to 14 years.

He was imprisoned for nine years in 2013 for attempted Kwed Edward Bennett, Gavani, but he was released for four years after August 2018.
