California Gov. Gov Newlom on Wednesday threatened to sue the Trump administration if SAN FRANCISCO is sent.
“Send the troops to San Francisco and we’ll sue you, @realdOnaldstrump,” NewAlom wrote on X.
“We will be more aggressive, we will be more focused in our response. Indeed, this is the case that I will include within the main army of sending military forces,” he said at a press conference while holding up the document.
The governor said California officials will “come back with clarity and conviction,” adding that they will continue to win in court. “

This comes after Mengald Trump told FOX News’ Maria Bartiromo in San Francisco next, after it has already been sent to various US cities, Chicago and Washington, to support immigration enforcement and respond to protests.
“We’re going to San Francisco,” Trump said Sunday. “The difference is, I think they want us in San Francisco. San Francisco was one of the great cities in the world, and then 15 years ago, it woke up.”
The administration also sent 100 agents from customs and border protection and from Coast Guard Base Aladisco, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
Newloom also vowed Tuesday that California will challenge the Federal Government in court if it moves troops to San Francisco.

“We are a nation of laws and accountability – not a nation that turns a blind eye to the abuse of power,” the statement said. “Donald Trump, himself a convicted felon who has justified assaulting law enforcement officers, is misleading the public with his false narrative, and California in particular.”
“But California is doing him wrong – in court and in court,” the report continued. “We do not bow to kings, and we stand up to a wannabe dictator. The idea of the Government may send the rule of law – Direct attacks, no respect, no accountability, our people who defend the law,”
Newloom released San Francisco’s Drop in Sealides, and the City’s Mayor, Democrat Daniel Lurie, made sure the city was safe.
“We found this in San Francisco,” the mayor told Associated Press last week.

Lurie said Monday that San Francisco would welcome more help cracking down on drug dealers and drug markets, but that he opposed the deployment of the National Guard.
“The National Guard doesn’t have the authority to arrest drug dealers — and sending them to San Francisco will do nothing to get them off the streets or make our country safer,” he told The Associated Press.

California authorities sued the administration over the summer when the National Guard was sent in and marched in Los Angeles to control anti-snow protests.
“California has seen enough. President Trump and Stephen Miller’s Playbook are coming to one of our homes, and violence and vandalism are what they want to silence. Stay safe.
