NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte warned members of the Transatlantic Alliance on Thursday that they could be Russia’s next target.

Rutte told those present that the departure was not a time for self-congratulation as Russia continues its massive drone attacks and invasion of Ukraine.
“I fear that too many have talent that has been quietly killed. Too many don’t feel the urgency. And too many believe that time is on our side.”
