Mark Rutte has backed the way to end the Russia Ukraine War quickly

NATO Secretary-General Bark Rutte told FOX News his Oval Office meeting with President Donald Trump on Wednesday offers a way to get to war in Ukraine, despite the cancellation of the planned Trump-Putin meeting.

This meeting came a few days after Ukrainian President Volodymy Zelensky visited the White House and focused on construction methods before pursuing a peace agreement in the Middle East.

Six weeks ago, three Russian jets flew Estonian airfields into Poland. Both are NATO countries.

“Nato reacted as it should,” Rutte said. “We trained you for this.”

The Secretary-General also made it clear that, in the future, if Russian planes threaten, NATO can bow down if necessary. If they do not pose a threat, they will be inclined and directed to Nato Airspace.

Rutte reiterated his belief that Trump would stand by his promise to end the killings.

“He’s a real peacemaker,” Rutte said. “He wants to end this war. This is close to his heart.”

He stresses the importance of freezing the conflict lines immediately, and has Ukrainian president Volodymyr and Russian President Vladimir Putin coming to the table.

“Stop where you are, then you can argue about many other things later,” Rutte said.
