Lisa Vanderpump’s niece is expecting baby No. 1 among liver disease

“It was definitely a surprise at the time. I missed a period, but I have ovarian cysts, so it wasn’t a shock to miss a period,” said Alice. “But I did the test to be safe, and I didn’t expect anything, but there was hope. It was a big shock. Sam and Alice, who announced their engagement in March after six months of dating, told Lisa, 65, about the pregnancy during the latest episode of Made in Chelsea.
