Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker celebrate a rock’s birthday

Kourtney also shares children Mason, 15, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 10, with Ex Scott Dichick. Barker, at the time, is father to son Landon, 22, daughter Alabama, 19, and a stepdaughter Atiana de la Hoya26, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

In the past few weeks, she has talked about more pregnancy considerations.

On Mother’s Day in May, Barker celebrated his wife and her dedication to their children.
