The Oscar winner, 50, recalled meeting the legendary Charles for a while at the February 1996 Royal Premiere Mind and understanding London – and how he did not dress for this event.
“This is the first time I’ve met her. Oh, my goodness. She came to support the Royal Premiere of Mind and understanding When I was 20,” Winslet said on the Tuesday, November 18, episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!
“I realized that we were actually going to meet her. “There was a discussion about this. So, Meryl and I, as we were going to meet the king, he said to me, ‘Do you think we should leave?’ And I said, ‘Sure, we should open,'” Winslet said. “He was like, ‘Okay, right, like a big curtsy?
