Austin Bradshaw opens up about his late wife’s life, influences him Kaelin Bradshawwho died on Monday, October 27.
“When he does something, he is completely full – being the best in whatever he does,” he told “October 31 on October 31
Kaelin died nine months after being diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma, a type of bile cancer. He was 29 years old.
The widow told the announcement that Kaelin’s symptoms began with stomach pains that she could not resolve. The duo ended up in the emergency room, where they were told he had a painful muscle mass and a “giant” growth on his liver. Doctors initially weren’t too worried that the growth might be cancerous, especially because of Kaelin’s youth.
Things took a turn for the worse four months later, when he felt pain so bad he couldn’t stand. According to Austin, his late wife returned to the emergency room and was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer.
“It hit us like a brick wall because that’s not something you plan to hear when you’re 28,” Austin said. “From there, it was just nine months of fighting our asses. You fight for a small reward each time. You only fight where there are small wins.”
The pair met with experts in various states, including Florida and New York.

Starting with his Tiktok account is another way he sees that he can “help people with the same battle to reach whatever difficulty they were facing.”
He added: “I don’t think he ever thought he was obviously going to be as big as he is.” Kaelin’s account has over 100,000 followers on the platform.
His wife also wanted to reveal what kind of cancer the 20-year-old is fighting.
“We were very optimistic about the outcome, and we wanted to share that fact … whether it’s chemotherapy or (a) early diagnosis of cancer, and just to teach (others) to stay positive, stay strong and keep moving forward,” he explained further.
In the end, the two did their best to stay positive.
“We told ourselves that we are taking revenge again: We need to be strong and we need to be positive, even if we are dealing with the worst parts,” he said. “She was strong, down and beautiful from start to finish.”
