After playing Sean Reagan for 14 seasons of Blue blood, Andrew Terraciano they were opened by the way he found out that his beloved role followed them Boston Blue spinoff.

Terraciano got his start on CBS’ Blue bloodappearing in nearly 300 episodes from 2010 to 2024. He also made several short films – he wrote one – while studying at New York University.
Andrew’s role as Sean allows him to share the screen with my brother Tony Terracianowho played Donnie’s oldest son, Jack Reagan. Despite being present at the Regan dinner table, The Blue blood spinoff, Boston Blueset up in October with Mika Amonen now stars as Sean.

Amonsen discussed trying to pay tribute to taking on the character.
“I really want to preserve Sean as closely as possible in the ways that I can because of this character that everyone loves – but also the character that he created,” he continued. “When I booked the show, it all happened so fast. It was within a week and I was being cast in her age at the same time. I really wanted to get a sense of being her character at that point in her life.”
After updating the key patches of the Boston BlueAmonen found ways to celebrate Terraciano’s performance.
“I wanted to respect Andrew’s portrayal of Sean as much as possible — but also add something to my version. Brabon Margolis was great in giving me a lot of freedom to explore that Donnie,” he shared. “Watching Andrew’s performance, I actually saw a lot of similarities between us as people, and our strengths. I was definitely responsible for my change.”
Terraciano, at the time, has appreciated how fans have shared their love for his version of Sean since then Blue blood he ended.
“I can’t say I expected it but I appreciate it. It’s very meaningful to know that people like a character that I deserve to be involved with at least,” he shared. “I appreciate it because not only was there a cry of love from the public, but there was also a very clear love when the show arrived.”
He continued: “There are hundreds if not thousands of people who depend on their livelihood to do that, ‘I want to respect that,’ I want to respect that and I want to do something good.” “
Terraciano is currently looking to slohoff as he focuses on his studies – but he is eager to see the final product, which has just been renewed for season 2.

In the meantime, Terraciano is currently finding its masters and looking for more opportunities in the active space.

I helped produce a short film for a friend recently, and I’m looking forward to every opportunity to do it.”
He concluded: “You get a passion and you can’t get rid of it to keep working and to keep participating in creation in any way for the rest of my life. But I’m a Star Wars star so I’ll do anything [in that universe]. And I would like to try a sitcom. “
