“New Yorkers know @NewyorkstateagJames for his integrity, his independence, and his tireless fight for the Justice Department to punish those who respond to serious crimes.
A grand jury in Virginia indicted James on Thursday, months after federal finance director Hull Bilte said in a criminal complaint to the Department of Justice in April that James was accused of more fraudulent loan records. He faces charges of bank fraud and making false statements to a financial institution.
PULTE alleged that James bought a house in Norfolk, Virginia, in 2023, but it was listed as his main residence in the bond documents with Freddie Mae. Jacob is legally required to live in New York as an elected official in that State.

Hochul, along with other prominent Democrats, showed the case as alleged “political persecution” and political persecution of the main enemy of the hands.
James and Trump have long traded barbs, with James’ campaign for Attorney General Jobe in 2018 vowing to pursue legal charges against Trump if elected. His office eventually filed nearly a hundred challenges to Trump’s legal administration and vowed to continue legal battles for his election in November 2024.

Trump accuses the Democrats of Law Gare – which is understood as softening the courts for political gain – as a last attempt to prevent him from working for the oval office again in the 2024 cycle and get another Federal Win election. For example, Trump was also found guilty in a new trial in New York that accused him of fraud in Georgia, he faced charges of keeping the government after his first presidency, and another said he tried to destroy the results of the 2020 election.

FOX News Digital took a look back at Hochul’s previous comments on Trump and the legal issues that plagued his first President during his time as Governor who was seen as “LOLL LALA.”
FOX News Digital reached out to Hochul’s office for comment on the legal charges against Trump as he promotes the narrative of the political system but did not immediately receive a response. FOX Digital asked directly if the hochul stands for the previous statement that “no one is above the Law,” looking at Jacob’s case, but did not get answers.
Trump is the first and only president to be installed twice in the House, waking up Hochul during his first demolition in 2019 – alleging abuse of power and obstruction allegedly seeking foreign interference in Ukraine to increase his own Re-election Efforts in 2020 – that no one is above the law.

“Former President Donald Trump is testifying about the publication of our lawsuit that was never brought by our attorney, Tish James.
A month later, the Democratic governor appeared to throw his support behind a lawsuit that aims to prevent Trump’s name from appearing on the 2024 election ballot.

After Trump was found responsible for the debt to James’s fund in 2023 and ordered to pay a fine of $ 355 million, the hochul worked to calm some of the trials that business leaders may face.
