Grassley Releases Doj Memo Showing Officials Bid Prep Probe

Sen. Chuck Grassley, on Thursday, on Thursday released the Department of Justice in the Department of Justice in Phrigish 2022 indicating that the FBI Attorney Program agreed with regard to the efforts of Trump Campaign Assomiates for the Cump20 election.

Grass sent a four-page memorandum to X, saying it proves Biden administration officials “allowed” the case – referring to it as “arctic frost” –

The April 2022 memo, signed by Garland, Monaco, and the transplant, authorized the Washington office of Washington to open what the bureau collected a “sensitive investigation.” The document details the FBI’s request to check whether people are connected to the Donald Trump Campaign 2020 CAMPAIGNER COLPRIMENT TO prevent the Congressional certification of Colether Chelly on Jan. 6, 2021.

“Because this investigation involves SIM as set forth in the Department of Justice Day on February 5, 2020, the additional requirements for the opening of a specific investigation ‘(DoJ Memo),” the document continues to initiate this investigation, “the document continues.

Monaco wrote at the bottom of the document, “Merrick- I recommend you agree,” Before starting and liking it 4/5/22. Garland finally signed off on the investigation that day.

The approval came more than a year after Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol Rient and months before special counsel Jack Smith was appointed to oversee the related investigation. The memo appears to document the first phase of the Justice Department’s so-called “chosen realists” focused on Smith’s safety.

In 2023, Smith’s combined phone records of eight Republican senators and one House member, covering a four-day period — Jan. 4 to Jan. 7 to Jan. 7, 2021 – Check call activity around the Capitol protest. The subpoenas did not seek the content of the calls but rather the listed numbers, days and nights.

The targeted senators include the majority of Republicans. Marka Blackburn of Tennessee, Josh Hawley of Missouri and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina.

In addition to the Senators, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, told FOX News’ Sean Hannation on Tuesday that he recently received a copy of his payment records but that his Floun Company, AT & T, did not provide them.

Smith said the records were lightly redacted and “totally appropriate,” adding that they were made to support his investigation into Trump’s election efforts.

His lawyers wrote to the grassroots, saying the subpoenas were consistent with Justice Department policy and were routine.

Republicans widely say they are unfairly decorated and compare arctic ice to water. Smith’s attorneys stressed the generality of the phone records search and said government officials are not immune from the investigation.

Smith’s attorneys also argued with FBI Director Kash Patel that the subpoenas were classified, noting the requests were directed to Smith’s transcript.
