A general hospital 2 spoilers on Oct 20 – 31, 2025 Expect Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to panic and pull Cain (Cameron Mathson).
On Monday, October 20, we found Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Willow Tait (Kettn Macmullen) in court to be acquitted of attempted murder and attempted murder, and everything went off the rails. I wonder if there will be a witness against him or something because Michael Cornthos (Rory Gibson) has something else in store.
Meanwhile, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), above the Q Mansion, tells Michael to step in. So Dante knows who he is. He is his brother for the purposes of this discussion. And Michael makes a pretty gutsy statement, but I wonder if that’s in court or if it’s Dante.
Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) asks Nina if she’s going to take the PEA deal that the DA gave her. We will see. He definitely wants to save Willow. At that point, DEW was completely shocked and outraged and wanted to know how the heck something like this could happen. He is completely overwhelmed on the court. Meanwhile, Carly Corninthos Spencer (Laura Wright) asks Jack Brennan (Chris Mckenna) how to keep her in the dark about Jacks (Eden McCoy). I wonder if John can trick Carly into not abandoning him. Basically he’s going to give Brennan a chance to tell the truth and explain himself. We will see if he can stay close to him or if he is about to be thrown like a hot rock.
Brook Lynn Quartemaine (Amanda Setton) holds a public meeting at the quartermaine estate so that Ronnie Bard (Erika Slenzak) can meet those near and far in Port Charles. Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) is there. Tracy Quartemaine (Jane Elliot) insists on coming to the tea party, and Forn Lynn wants Ronnie to feel like part of the family so he doesn’t wake up and sell the house.
Ronnie tells Brook Lynn and Olivia Falconerie (Lisa Locicero) that things are about to get interesting, and Stella warns Tracy that she may have some trouble on her hands. Also, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) has found something. Now, I wonder if this is Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) sleeping with Dr. Isaya Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) or if Jordan somehow suspects that Polika is pregnant. Maybe you see some signs. I mean, you know what a liar Portia is, so it should be interesting if Jordan wants her. We know he likes to scare Portia into real custody.
On Tuesday, October 21st, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) receives a very tempting offer. I don’t know if this is to keep this current (Rick Worting) circling back looking for a payday or maybe it’s from Drew or Nina asking him to represent Willow. Tracy and Ronnie’s fight is heating up, and I wonder if Tracy has Marco Rios (Adrian AnChondo) officially filed for fraud, things like that. Portia confides in Isaiah on Tuesday. I feel like she probably won’t tell him about the pregnancy, not yet. I wonder if he can tell him that he thinks the blackmail he was subjected to is still there now.
Lucas Jones (van Hansis) is having trouble with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening). It could be with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). It would probably be Nathan. Who knows? Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrap) tells Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) he’s sorry. And I’m wondering if that’s what she believes in the man she tells him about Portia and Curtis’ plans, even giving the Congressman the benefit of the doubt.
Wednesday, October 22, Valentin receives a visit in Steinmaur from someone surprising. Now, Jack was still there. Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) It’s already there. Lulu was still there. I think if Anna Devane (Finchola Hughes) showed up, it would be amazing. And it’s possible because Brennan won’t give him answers about anything, and Valentin probably will.
And on Wednesday, Carly gets some food for thought. And maybe it’s about being josslyn on WSB. I don’t think Josslyn will stop. We will see. But Brennan talks to Joss on Wednesday, and this could be about finding out the truth. She might want to know if he tells her, what he didn’t do, and Josslyn doesn’t know that her mother knows. Therefore, this should be properly disclosed in terms of negotiations. However, Jack would want to know why he spilled to Carly about Vaughn (Bryce Durfe) being on WSB.
Tracy’s on the defensive, probably because of Ronnie. I wonder if the family is making him file a criminal case against Monica Quartemaine (Leslie Charleson), his sister when he makes his wishes clear. No one else but Tracy seems to think that the will is deceptive. Emma Scorpio-Drake (Brayden Bruner) and Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) Hatch program on Wednesday.
Then on Thursday, October 23, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) was very alarmed by something, and it might have something to do with Willow. Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) gets to know his new boss. Now, Ronnie inherited the house and the land where the stables were, but Mikael got the horses. But Cody already knows Michael, so I tend to think that’s the one with the little face Ronnie has. They might fall in love. We will see.
Willow meets her new criminal defense attorney. Unless they bring more, there aren’t a ton of lawyers in town, so it could be Alexis. I mean, ric is his own defense attorney, so I tend to think, but he represented Ava Jerome (Maura West) in that criminal case, so we’ll see. But it has to be alexis or ric, unless they bring someone in. Drew makes legal threats and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) criticizes.
On Friday, October 24, we caught up with Brook Lynn for some bittersweet details. And gio may go back to q malion, but not to know him; just because he wants to date Emma. So, you need a little distance there. And Ronnie invited him.
Also, this week, Nathan is high in the WSB office meeting with Brennan. They looked at the tablet. They look stressed. So, I wonder if this good-looking person will answer Jack’s questions. Honestly, I’m very interested in their connection because I think Peter Agasti (Wes Ramsey) is there. Embedded memories, something like that.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is very supportive of Friday and Lulu reconnects with Nathan. Apparently he owed her a debt of gratitude since he found her at the scene of a car accident. And DEWE may be getting a new partner while Michael kicks his plan to fight Willow into high gear.
The week of October 27 through the 31st. Also, these are the first two days of November sweeps, 30 and 31. So, things are definitely kicked into high gear. Willow pointed out how to shut Michael up. Charlotte tries to warn Rocco Falconeri (Carr Frances Frances) about avoiding britt, but I doubt he will listen. And, of these two things, Josslyn wants to stay with WSB. He may have to fight a crime for it. You know, Carly spun around and didn’t see him directly.
Britt and Jason dance around each other, but if he wants britt in his love life, he will have to change things between him and carly. Nina wishes to save Willow. Dante hit the deep end his brother Michael is dead. Ronnie needs a lawyer up top. Reportedly, it will be gray Martin (Michael E. Knight). Tracy wants Cody’s loyalty, but she’ll probably be friends with Ronnie because they seem like the type to get along. And Carly is ready to threaten Vaughn and Brennan to keep Josslyn safe.

A few videos ago, I did all the winners, but just in case you haven’t seen this video, there were a ton of winners GH. They won more than any other soap. Best Guest Star, Heather Webber (Alley Mills). And the best actor, Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson). Excellent actress, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Plus great writing and a great daytime drama too A general hospital.
By the way, Jens Austin Astrup is under contract like Kai. Not that we’ve seen a ton of him, but expect to see less.
