Emily simpson Is giving fans renewed among the son of the son of Luke, where he did the brain laser procedure.
“You did [undergo his procedure]”Simpson, only 49,” he said US of the Week Saturday, November 15, while attending Bravocation 2025 in Las Vegas. “I didn’t see a big difference, so we’re still investigating other things and working with experts, and we’re going to try some different things.”
Emily – shares son Luke, 10, with husband Shane Simpson – Explain that the purpose of the laser is to “reduce inflammation in the brain.” (The couple are also parents to Annabelle, 12, and Keller, 10.)
“You need to keep going,” Emily pointed to her son’s treatment. “He made a few rounds, which made a big difference. So the question is, do we continue to move forward, or do we try something different?”
To all of them, Emily shared that she has received unrequited support from mothers across the country.
“Mom without it is amazing,” Emily said. “I get a lot of DMs with compliments and stories so thanks to my mom.”
Emily shared earlier this month that Luke would undergo the procedure after being diagnosed with Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders. (The Cleveland Clinic notes that pandas are “a group of conditions thought to affect infected pets.”)
“Yeah, so she’s going to have laser therapy on her brain,” Emily told Andy Cohen during the Real Housewives of Orange County Reunion earlier this month when asked about the treatment plan, on an individual basis.
He continued, “To reduce swelling in his brain. He asked if the laser would hurt, and I said, ‘No, it won’t.’ So he should walk for five days in a row for three hours, and he should reduce the inflammation. “
Emily has been keeping abreast of her son’s ongoing health problems. In July, Real Moms of Orange County The premiere revealed that Luke was found to be protected by a restricted eating disorder. (The Mayo Clinic describes arfid as an eating disorder that is most common in children and young adults, with overeating and a general lack of eating habits getting worse over time.)
“Luka has been eating filet, but he got to the point last year where he didn’t eat at all,” the deal was reported. “He is not eating anything but he is starving. I am worried that he did not get the nutrition he needs. I have a problem with the fact that he is his child to be eaten. He is my child.”
During the October episode of the Bravo series, Emily explained that a specialist was helping the family with tools and Luke’s guidance.
“Luke’s diagnosis was very complicated. He has a crisis and adhd and OCD and he has a learning disability and he has dyslexia and he needs all these things. “He’s very smart in some areas, but he’s in the 4th grade and I didn’t know he could read?”
