Denise Richards Hires Ex Charlie Sheen’s Lawyer After Husband Demands Money (External)

Richards said that his ex-husband now says that “the laptop he took is not the laptop that is under the order [Phypers] will argue that the order made by Judge Juhas is void, Judge Juhas would be in a better position to make that decision.” The judge granted Richards’ request and set a support hearing for January 7, 2026.

As Us previously reported, the Phypers filed for divorce on July 7 after six years of marriage. He cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

In his petition, Phypers wanted Richards to provide him with monthly support. He said he earns more than $250,000 a month from OnlyFans, TV gigs and appearances.

In recent court filings, Phypers said he had no income for the past 12 months.

A few days after Phypers filed for divorce, Richards asked the court for a restraining order. She accused her estranged husband of abusing her during their marriage, which is suspected to be the cause of her many black eyes. Phypers vehemently denied the allegations. He said Richards fell when he was injured and denied ever threatening or hitting him.

On October 17, Phypers was arrested in court following his testimony, where he denied harming Richards.

Prosecutors charged Phypers with two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of suppressing a witness by force or threat.

A judge granted Richards a permanent restraining order on Nov. 7 after a hearing.
