Los Angeles – Denise Richards, her burned husband, Aaron Physers, was arrested in court on Friday.
Richards’ attorney told FOX News Digital Physers were arrested on charges of sexual assault.
Phypers are hand held in the court. He was then seen resisting and arguing with the sheriffs while walking down the courtroom when they arrested him.
After the sheriffs escorted Phymers out of court, the police were sent back to retrieve his cell phone.

Richards once agreed Temporary restraining order Against Phypers in July for alleged physical and emotional abuse they endured during their marriages, including alleged incidents of violence during the time they filed for divorce in July.
Richards testified in court last week that the Phymers tried to destroy his reputation during the collapse of their relationship, and at the same time, leaked nude photos of the “wild actor”.
“It’s been hard on my daughters, especially with the nude photos,” the Richards, who share two daughters with Charlie Sheen, and one daughter with Physers, told the judge during Wednesday’s court hearing. “I am ashamed and embarrassed as a mother. [My daughter] could not go to church. “
In July, Richards asked the court that, he said Phymers stole his computer and “distributed confidential information, including nude photos” to various news outlets. Judge Nicole Bershon ordered the Phymes to return the phone within 48 hours.
On July 29, the judge forbids Phypers from spreading any “private” or “sensitive” information or any sexual images that you may have downloaded from your phone or computer.

“Aaron stole my laptop and sent private messages he stole from my laptop without my permission. Aaron threatened to call the police,” Cirards wrote in her request for a temporary restraining order.

In a statement to People magazine, Physers rejected the allegations of Richards: “I completely deny the false allegations that I broke the laptop to block or for the case of blocking the laptop or mobile phones.”
During Wednesday’s hearing, Richards’ attorney, Brett Berman, put Phypers in the hot seat.

After Berman asked the Phymers how they would feel if the roles were reversed, sensitive footage was released, he replied, “If I pull it out.”

“Throughout our relationship Aaron will bring them in violently, lower his head with both hands, lower his head to my knee when I ask him to kill me so that he can enter me to do it for me and steal my laptop and download all my messages,” Richards says in the documents, filed on July 16.
“Aron constantly threatened to ‘break my jaw’ and cried, asked to stay, and offered to get help – none of which ever happened.”

During the trial earlier this month, the Richards described many allegations of physical and emotional abuse as they had horrific details that left the mother of three fearing for her life.

At one point during the hearing, Richards flexed his muscles and began to cry while recalling a particularly traumatic event in May. Richards said the Physers found him “very flexible” with him in four hotel rooms hours after the reality TV surgery – including a face lift.
Phypers allegedly tried to search Richards’ devices while he was asleep. It is alleged that he punched his face and damaged his canal in the process.
“That’s when I really, really, really knew our marriage was over because there was physical abuse, but it just got worse,” Richards said. “But the fact that he did that to me five hours after being out of surgery for seven hours … it made me feel so many things. He’s scared and he’s in danger.”
Richards took the floor and went to Physers’ alleged “manic” behavior in their relationship.

In response to the sexually explicit images that were shared about him by Phypers, Richards sent him a video – which was played by the court – referring to PAPysers as “Narcississist” and describing many instances of physical abuse.
“He’s the last person I thought would do that to me,” Richards told Phypers in a video recording that was presented in court. “I don’t know why I’m having such a hard time with this. Things were so bad with Charlie and I, But he never hit below the belt. “
“I told my dad, I don’t know why I believed you and I love you, and I actually thought you were my boyfriend,” she continues. “I never in a million years thought we broke up.”
Richards denied the infidelity, but accused the Pells of leaving their marriage.

Phypers also seek spousal support and a share of “Real Heave Woves” STARE WPORTFFAS Income.
The Physers filed a claim on Wednesday claiming he is not in possession of the money after Richards allegedly decided to access their joint account and take all of his business equipment. He stated that Richards prevents him from making money. “Regarding the EWEP-I-EWEPPSFAS page, the income he earns from it is about $200,000 to $300,000 per month and that the income comes from the photos I took,” FOX News Digital found, Read. “Therefore, it is our given money and not one’s own. I ask that I receive half of the income of EPPS as a local authority.”
According to Phypers, he is about to be evicted from his home and his services have been shut down. He asked for immediate access to $200,000.
Phypers also requested additional spousal support over and above Richards’ portion of WPSTSFAS alone.
