Costoco is joining other companies in the fight and legal action to demand the return of Trump’s payments

In its filing, Costco said it is seeking the refund now to ensure “the right to a full refund is not compromised.”

COSTCO, with $275.2 billion in revenue for the fiscal year ending Aug. 31, adds a major failure in many months with companies associated with potential refunds.

Other companies include Bubble Bee Foods, Ray-Ban eyewear maker Essilorluxotca, Kawasaki Motors, Revlon and Tokohama Tire, court records show.

During oral arguments on November 5, Supreme Court cases from both sides of the political spectrum raised serious questions about whether Trump used a legal statute that legally enforces financial law.

The justices took the case on an expedited basis, but did not say when they would rule.

Costco has taken a number of steps to get cash flow, including reducing the number of suppliers, and is heavily dependent on the location and its Kirkland brand.
