Amy Poehler Explains Why She Won’t Have Martha Stewart On The Podcast

Amy PoehlerThe “Good Hang” podcast attracts a steady stream of A-list celebrity guests — but Martha Stewart it probably won’t be seen soon.

“If we do Martha, what do we do with her lips, and how do we speak?” Poehler asked Gasteyer, who said Stewart “knows exactly how the camera is going to look at him.”
Poehler joked, “A mouth that doesn’t move … we’re going to do Christmas dinner and nothing will move.”

During the July 15 show, which featured a comedian Cole EscolaPoehler and Escola, 39, talked about his love for Stewart, which drew jokes from the two.

Stewart’s Alderson comments refer to his five-month incarceration at Alderson’s Federal Prison Camp that lasted from October 2004 to March 2005. He was incarcerated on charges including conspiracy and obstruction of justice in connection with an insider trading scandal.
