Connecticut Democratic State Sen. Saud Antwar faced widespread criticism for the depiction of him at the “No Kings” protest with many calling for a revival.

On Saturday, Anwar posted several photos of protests in his district on his Facebook account. One image placed him next to a protester holding a sign reading, “cholesterol, do your job!”

Many critics took this as an attack on President Donald Trump and Anwar, who is a doctor, appeared to agree to harm the president.
