Comer was first instructed in August that the Clintons would appear before the Committee on Human Resources. However, the Clintons’ lawyer, David Kendall, said on November 3 that his clients can provide written answers because it is “an efficient and equitable way to proceed.”
But comer said such an arrangement is unacceptable.
“Given their history with Jeffrey Epsterin and Ghislaine Maxwell, any effort made by the Clintons to avoid tolerating the undermining of legal measures,” Comer said Friday, accompanied by a letter to Kendall. “The Committee looks forward to ensuring their transparency and is committed to bringing clarity and accountability to the survivors of Epsterin’s heinous crimes and to the American people.”

Although Bill Clinton admitted that he traveled on a jet with Epsterin, he said that he never visited Epstein’s island and wrote in his Memoir “Memorial” The former president and does not face any allegations of wrongdoing in relation to his relationship with Epsterin.
The Clinton Foundation did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.
Comer’s letter comes after President Donald Trump signed an executive order ordering the Justice Department to release files related to Epsterin.
Under the Epsterin Open Files Act, the Department of Justice must release all unexplained records and investigative materials related to Epsterin and Ghislane Maxwell. Additionally, they must share files related to individuals involved in Epstein’s previous legal cases, information surrounding alleged trafficking, internal DOJ communications as they relate to Epstein and any information surrounding the investigation into his death.

Epsterin Estate to begin handing over files to estate investigators after ‘Birthday Book’ Subpoena
The push to sign the law came a day after the Democrat released three emails on November 12 that Epsterin’s estate gave to him that said Trump. Also, Republicans released their stash of over 20,000 pages of Epsterin documents on the same day.
While the documents themselves are true, Epsterin’s statements in the emails remain unvarnished and misdirected. The documents do not claim that Trump did anything wrong and only reveal the epsterin talking about the President.

Bill Clinton is also mentioned in other newly discovered documents. For example, Epsterin said in a 2015 email that Bill Clinton “never visited the so-called Epsterin Island.
