China denies Trump’s claim to 60 Minutes about nuclear test, calls on us to ensure global resilience

The US is among nearly 180 nations that have signed the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty, which bans all nuclear tests.

Along with China and several other nuclear powers, the US has never ratified the agreement, a position expressed by President Vladimir Putin two years ago when he decided The renaissance of Moscow.
