Carney and Xi agree to deal with ‘provocation’ in Canada China relationship

To open the door to what he called a pragmatic and constructive dialogue, Prime Minister Mark Carney held a state meeting on Friday with the President of China at the Asia-Pacific economic cooperation The conference.
