Brandi Glanville He has had two difficult years dealing with a mysterious medical condition that has caused facial trauma.
In July 2024, Glanville first opened up about his health problems, noting that he wanted to sue Bravo over them.

He admits that he spent $70k to treat facial acne
Glanville admitted he had spent $70,000 trying to fix the problem, which doctors believe is caused by facial parasites.

How his mental health was discovered
Glanville admitted that he’s tired of “acting out” like everything is fine because he’s “not bad.”

Glanville spoke to Daily mail In April 2025, he also gave an update on the ongoing health battle.
“Something is wrong with my body. I don’t know what it is and it’s scary,” she said. “I need an answer. I need to get to the bottom of it because I don’t want to wake up another day.”
Glanville told the publication that “even if it’s the worst answer in the world,” she wants to know what’s going on in her body.
She added: “I literally want to get skin and cut my face open. “It’s just frustrating.”
Glanville spent “almost” all of his money to find answers.
I finally feel hope
Glanville gave his doctors X on X in July 2025, revealing that he was ‘finally getting answers’ to his health issues.
“So thankful for my NYC Angel @drscomame_cfs for wanting to help me get better,” she wrote. “I can’t wait to live again (fix my teeth, put on 10lbs, and make a hot boy or girl) I can’t wait to get out of this house and live.”
Nair’s treatment went wrong

“I know I look lovely,” she said, showing her red, bruised, scarred skin. “So, the good news is, you guys don’t have to spend a lot of money on peels and lasers.”
Glanville said she decided to try nair because she found that exfoliating her skin “quenched” the bacteria on her face.
“Nair is the Fountain of Youth. I’ve got it, but I’ve added to it from time to time,” Glanville said. “Seven minutes. Don’t do it.”
In the caption, Glanville told fans to do a “trial test” before using the nair all over their faces.
“I’m with Mr Wooooiko [sic] You didn’t stop for 7 minutes and burn the loose skin on my arms and its 7 dollars.
You have officially received a diagnosis
On December 5, 2025, Glanville was told TMZ That he received a formal diagnosis of his condition, although he did not reveal exactly what caused his suffering.
The reality TV star told the outlet that “Mommy started working hard” with relief when she revealed the cause of her missing face.
