That same day, the judge reversed and the legal status of Phillips’ and Masterson’s marriage was “unmarried,” according to People.

FOX News Digital has reached out to reps for Phillips and MASCERNALS for comment.

According to court documents previously obtained by Fox News Digital, Masterson requested that Phillips receive physical and legal custody of Fianna.

In December 2024, Masterson’s legal team filed a complaint challenging his 2023 rape conviction.

In court filings obtained by Fox News Digital, defense attorneys for the Mastersons argued the convictions should be tossed because of what they called tax errors involving the settlement of the case.

Masterson originally faced 45 years in prison. He was convicted of three counts of rape by force or fear stemming from incidents that occurred between 2001 and 2003 at his Hollywood Hills home.

The “Ranch actor” was arrested in June 2020 on rape charges and released on a $3.3 million bond. He healed the crimes and the crimes and kept his innocence.
