Phillips, 45, died on Friday, Oct. 24, to officially change her 11-year-old daughter’s name from Fianna Francis Masterson to Fancis Francis Phillips, according to People.
The filing is pending approval by a judge.

In court filings obtained by Fox News Digital, defense attorneys for the Mastersons argued the convictions should be tossed because of what they called tax errors involving the settlement of the case.

Masterson originally faced 45 years in prison. He was convicted of three counts of rape by force or fear stemming from incidents that occurred between 2001 and 2003 at his Hollywood Hills home.
The “Ranch actor” was arrested in June 2020 on rape charges and released on a $3.3 million bond. He healed the crimes and the crimes and kept his innocence.
