Amnesty International’s Myanmar Researcher Joe Freeman is called the latest attack on the “disturbing practice” in the district, adding “the hard call of resurrection when residents in Myanmar need urgent protection.”

“Myanmar soldiers have taken advantage of the consideration of military crime,” Freeman said in a statement. “It is continuing to kill daily citizens, using methods such as cars, disturbing customs … this can be the latest in a long list of approximately five years.”
