Amanda Bynes Says She Lost 28 Pounds After Using Ozempic

Amanda Bynes says he lost about 30 pounds after using Ozempic.

The actress, 39, shared a photo of herself via Instagram Stories on Monday, December 22, writing, “I usually don’t like paparazzi photos bc I was 180lbs but now I’m down 28lbs on ozempic! I’m down to 152lbs. I know I still look big but this photo really motivates me!”

The snap shows Bynes wearing ripped jeans and a Lady Gaga T-shirt while walking on the side of the road. She carried a ladylike blue bag, but kept it unusual in California.

Back in September, the Nickelodeon alum made a new public debut two-toned hair color, platinum and black in Los Angeles that started in the early 2000s.

And in August, he exhibited a full pout via Instagram, citing her caption, “Lip injections by @body.byem

Earlier this year, Bynes also announced on her Instagram page that she was launching an OnlyFans account. “Disclaimer: I made OnlyFans to chat with my fans via dm,” he said in April. “I will not post any obscene content.”

Bynes rose to fame as a child star with a role on Nickelodeon’s All That again The Amanda Show. When he was younger, he had the title of The WB sitcom What I Love About You and acted in films The Big Fat Liar, He is a Man again Hairspray during the Aughts. He retired from acting after making his last film, in 2010 Easy A.

In 2019, Bynes graduated from California’s Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising with a degree in fashion. He was profiled by Paper magazine at the time and spoke candidly about the pressures of early fame.

He started treatment again five years later. Bynes’ attorney, David Esquibiasconfirmed to Us Weekly in 2020 that the actor sought professional care for “ongoing mental health issues.”

If you deny anything and tell them what it really is, they don’t believe it. Really, with me, [my behavior] I was on drugs, and whenever I left [drugs]I’ve been getting back to normal.”

He updated his followers on his Instagram Story in March 2024, saying he was “doing much better now” during the depression. In June of this year, she revealed that she is “continuing with Ozempic. I’m very happy. Now I’m 173 so I hope to get to like 130, which would be great to look better in paparazzi photos.”
