In episode 4, Kelce appeared behind the scenes as she recreated her look during one of Swift’s London shows. “The lights are never too bright for Travis,” Swift said. “As an actor, he can, like, slow down the most stressful moments, and that’s exactly what we saw on stage. He came out there and was the most beautiful, fun actor you could ever have on stage. Like his instincts, he’s incredibly fun.”

Florence + The Machine frontwoman Florence Welch joined Swift on stage at the finale in London Seasons show, and episode 2 reveals how they quickly added “Florida!!!” on the set. Welch, who revealed that he had “never done” a stage lift in his career before The Eras Tourhe was shocked at the extent of his surprise.

“I have played on big stages but not like this [the same],” Welch admitted in a confessional interview.” “I thought I was going to just show up and run, because that’s what I do in my shows. I just show up and run. … When I got there, it was like, ‘OK, now this is the end of you.’ I was like, ‘No, no, wait, wait, you’re confusing me, I’m not doing this. I will consider this.’”

Later, Welch explains why he and Swift connect as friends, saying, “We’re big and soft, so I think that’s why we get along. On the outside, it’s really big, but when we’re together, we’re just the same, we’re silly and we’re dogs.”

Seeing his friend on stage, however, showed Welch the difference between a real-life acquaintance and a star.

“The feeling of going up for the first time in that elevator, it was like coming to Mars. Because I had never seen the stage lit before, the sound of the crowd. That was really unusual,” Welch recalled. “You see this cultural moment outside, and all of a sudden I was, like, inside it. It was wild but it was really fun and totally terrifying. And, my friend Taylor, and I know her as such, like a very nice person, and I got out of that elevator and I was like, ‘Oh, my God, f***in’ Taylor Swift.”

The old one The Eras Tour opener Sabrina Carpenter appeared in episode 4 of the docuseries to reprise his surprise duet with Swift (which took place at one of the New Orleans shows in October 2024). The duo performed a medley of Carpenter’s “Please Please Please” and “Espresso” and Swift’s “Is It Over Now?”

“I felt really stupid because when you sent me the first version, which was very clever, it didn’t take into account that the ‘takeout coffee’ line [from ‘Is It Over Now?’] it really matched ‘Espresso’ until I was in the car on the way here, and I said, ‘You’re so smart,'” Carpenter told a friend. It took me a day.”

Swift, meanwhile, was quick to praise the young pop star’s talents and rapid rise to fame following the release of “Espresso” in 2024.

Sabrina is just like a shooting star. She’s so smart, she knows how to please people the way they want, while she’s still around,” Swift said. She’s been fighting for No. 1 on the charts all summer. And when you see that happen, you’re like, ‘Go! And it’s even better when someone like this comes back and blesses us with her magic.”
