The burglary happened around 6:46 pm Nov. 16, 2025, when cameras captured video of the suspects entering and exiting Sanders’ home from different locations.

“The suspects were wearing masks and gloves and were seen leaving the residence at approximately 6:58 pm with various items belonging to Mr. Sanders. It is estimated that approximately $200,000 worth of items were stolen,” the statement said.

Parole Officer Charles Johnson’s report obtained by Fox News Digital states that the three suspects broke into a bedroom, shot into bedrooms and closets and used their cell phone flashlights to roam the home. The suspects were carrying many bags when they left the house and then disappeared into the forest.

At the time, Sanders was making his NFL regular season debut against the Baltimore Ravens.

Sanders, however, found a silver lining in the hack while speaking to the media.

“I’m in a state of mind right now where not much can distract me, honestly. And none of my jewelry is taken, either,” Sanders said at the time. “So you know, it’s caught in a slip. You know, it happens.”

Sanders was among the latest NFL stars to be hacked while playing in the game. Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Joe Burrow had jewelry and other items stolen from his home.

Kansas City Chiefs stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce were both hacked on the same day last season. Four Chileans were arrested in the burglary, and authorities released a photo of them taking pictures of the stolen items.
