Amy Schumer referred to recent speculation about the status of his marriage to the chef Chris Fischer.
Schumer, 44, and Fischer, 45, came up with split rumors last month, which only strengthened on Sunday, November 30, when the stranger posted a selfie removing his wedding ring.
In a wide-ranging Instagram post on Monday, December 1, Shumer addressed questions surrounding her marriage, and clarified recent headlines about her weight loss.
“I’ve never worn jewelry,” she wrote on video footage posted by her son Gene, 6, who decided to record a visit to the family home, with both his parents appearing in the clip.
Elsewhere, Schumer wrote, “Whatever ends up happening with Chris has nothing to do with weight loss or autism … fingers crossed we can do it with … he’s getting better.”
On Lefnand’s side of the video, Schumer wrote, “he was more than happy to chat if anyone has any questions about how I look or feel in Perimenopause.”
Schumer also discussed her recent weight loss, saying she lost 50 pounds in total. “Not looking hot, feeling good is temporary,” she wrote.
