The leader of the Seliformaryia urges the culprits to stop the Feds during the attack
Union leader David Huerta did not resign Wednesday in a miscarriage of justice charge related to the feud between officials who lived this summer.
Huerta, who is the 58-year-old president of Service Workers International California – a group that represents health care, construction workers and civil society workers – was banned on June 6 when he was named one of the attackers who attacked in the summer. He was released on his own recognizance and told to stay at least 100 meters away from state officials.
After his arrival, Huerta spoke to journalists, union members and supporters, to debunk the charges against him.
“These cases are baseless, they try to silence anyone who dares to speak, organize or seek justice,” said Huerta. “I will continue to stand with you until all workers and all families are safe from attacks, isolation and terror and our constitutional rights are protected.”

In a video of the incident obtained by the TV station KPIX, Huerta can be seen in a warehouse in Downtown Los Angeles with his agents gathered from the waist and quickly tied up, tied by the back collar of his shirt.
