On the heels of the government’s 43-day rule, Democrats are facing tough questions about whether the record stand was worth it, and whether Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer gave up too soon.
After failing to secure the health funding they want, and what the Seners are doing to destroy the Republicans to join the Government – Senate Democrats continued to be accused by President Donald Trump when they were pressed by FOX News Digital.
“I’m disappointed and angry that Republicans are forcing a false and impossible challenge between health insurance and reopening the government,” Sen. Connor Blia, said Wednesday. “They promised there would be a vote on health funding. If they fail to deliver that vote, or if the votes fail to respond. They should be blamed.”

And rep. Sarah McBride, D-DEL., said, “I don’t think you can look at the shutdown from that kind of perspective” of whether it should have been.
“I think it’s clear that Republicans now have a health problem,” McBride added. “The American people understand very well that it was the Republicans who stood by without blocking votes on the Affordable Care Act,” including the willingness to shut down the government. “
“I voted to reopen without getting health care reform and addressing health care gaps. That’s always been the focus throughout,” said Sen. Calif.

The Democrats speaking on FOX News Digital said they hope that the Government does not end up with another shutdown but it is maintained that the party should continue to fight for health guarantees.
When the government reopened last week, the StopGap bill only kept official spending at current financial levels in Jan.
As part of a backroom deal to reopen the government, senate Democrats were promised separate votes on expanded health care funding.

“I really hope we avoid a government shutdown, but, again, the Republicans promised to vote more to approve the health care bills. If they fail, they will be held accountable.
And Sen. Mark Kelly, D-ARIZ., said he’s looking forward to Republicans having a chance to go on record by voting on the health care bill in December.
As for whether the government is entering another shutdown, Kelly said, “[You] you have to ask the president and the republicans in the house and senate. “

The feeling. Elizabeth Warren, Kristen Gillibrand and Elissa Slotkin did not respond to Fox News Digital’s question about whether the shutdown was appropriate, and their offices did not immediately respond to questions.
When reached for comment, a White House spokesman said
“Democrats have shut down the government and caused so much pain to the American people because they wanted to use struggling families as ‘profit’ for their leftist agenda,” Jackson told Fox News Digital.
“President Trump overcame his reckless gamble and delivered another victory for the American people, but it’s surprising that even after their proy failed,” the Democrats said.
