A man who contracted the virus in a racially charged attack on Virginia gubernatorial candidate Earse-Sears during a college football game earlier this month, later filed a police report saying he had contracted the virus.

The Fairfax County Police Department confirmed to Fox News Digital that it was aware of the police report that was filed and that, ultimately, the threat assessment unit received did not meet criminal investigation procedures.

“Go back to Haiti!,” the man from the viral video was posted at Sears, Republic, during the James Madison University Football game earlier this month. “Trainer!”

After the incident, Shele clarified on social media that he is an immigrant from Jamaica, not Haiti.

“I thought Democrats were supposed to love everybody,” Sears said at the time.

The man, identified by local news reports as Scott Pogorelc, from Centerville, Virginia, was reported to have been shot by his employer, a government-funded locksmith contractor. The JMU football player with the same last name is the top redshitter on the Dukes’ offensive line.

“We hold all of our employees and sponsored companies to the highest standards of ethical conduct and conduct that violates our code of conduct will be transparently investigated and employees who violate the law,” said a statement from FOX 5 DC Reporter Allison Papson.

Meanwhile, PogoRelc is also a Democratic party donation, according to Federal Election Commission Filings and the Virginia Community Outreach Project. Abigail Spanberger, the Democratic candidate for Virginia governor Ringodent running against Sears, was among those who donated.

The situation involving Pogorelc was not the first time that Sears has faced absurd comments in the past months during his campaign. In August, while speaking out against transgender bathroom policies outside an Arlington County High School meeting, a counter-protester held up a sign that read: “Hey winner, if a Transy can’t share my bathroom, blacks can’t share the water.”

Following that incident, GOP Gop Glenn Leather, who is facing the end of his term, blasted what he described as “the hypocrisy of the liberal left.”

“Winsome is much bigger than this desiocy,” nghin wrote on X.
